1. About these terms

These terms apply when you book or receive treatment at Aurel Aesthetics in Beverly Hills or Santa Monica, or use this website. By booking, you agree to them.

2. Consultations and suitability

Every new patient starts with a consultation. Your clinician may decline or change a treatment if it is not safe or suitable for you, and will always explain why.

3. Bookings and payment

• No deposit is taken for most treatments. You pay after your appointment.

• Prices are shown on our website and confirmed at consultation.

• Courses and memberships are billed as agreed in writing before you start.

4. Cancellations and late arrivals

• Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged 50% of the treatment price.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or rebook your treatment.

5. Results and aftercare

Results vary from person to person and are never guaranteed. Following the aftercare advice we give you helps you get the best and safest result. Injectable reviews at two weeks are free.

6. Memberships

The Aurel Club is a rolling monthly membership. You can pause or cancel with 30 days’ notice. Member prices apply only while your membership is active.

7. Liability

We carry full medical malpractice insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
